Overview
The single girder gantry crane has the features of simple structure, easy installation, light weight, good wind resistance. The Main girder is mostly bias rail box type structure， it is widely used in open work site, workshop, warehouses, materials stockyard, to load/unload and transport goods or materials.

Structure of Single Girder Gantry Crane：
1.Main Structure
Single main girder structure, usually I-beam or box-type girder. Simple structure, light self-weight, low manufacturing cost.
2.Legs and End Trucks
Both sides legs are usually "L" or "A" type truss/steel pipe structures. Legs are rigidly connected to end trucks, supporting the girder and enabling long-travel movement.
3.Hoist Trolley
Electric hoist or small winch trolley runs along the lower flange of the main girder. Compact trolley design, suitable for medium span and lower lifting height applications.
4.Gantry Travel Mechanism
Driving devices installed on end trucks, with either double-side or single-side drive. Tracks are usually ground I-beam rails or concrete sleeper rails.
5.Connection and Stability
Main girder and legs are rigidly connected by bolts or welding. Diagonal braces or rigid ties may be added to improve lateral stability.
